•	Apple and the FBI went to Congress yesterday to make their case in the iPhone encryption dispute. We watched all five hours of testimony so you didn't have to. The most interesting development: The FBI's admission that it screwed up by changing the password on the San Bernadino shooter's iPhone. That's a flip-flop from its previous stance. •	Facebook is asking Hollywood stars and other celebrities to use its Live video streaming feature, and it's using cash to persuade some of them: COO Sheryl Sandberg is in LA this week pitching talent agencies on a plan to pay some stars to use Live. Eventually, Facebook wants to run ads on Live and share revenue with creators, like YouTube does with its videos. •	AT&T says it wants to get into the Web TV business. The telco says it will start selling pay TV over the Web this fall, with a couple of different offerings. The catch: It can't announce pricing or programming because it doesn't yet have the content deals it needs.
