•	Here are all the senior executives who are leaving Twitter: Engineering chief Alex Roetter, HR vice president Skip Schipper, product head Kevin Weil, Vine boss Jason Toff (who's jumping to Google's VR unit) and global media chief Katie Jacobs Stanton. Jack Dorsey confirmed the departures in a tweet on Sunday night. This executive upheaval comes right as Dorsey is expected to name a new CMO and two new board directors, and just a few days before a Twitter "executive retreat." Who might be Twitter's new CMO? The top candidate is American Express marketing exec Leslie Berland. Twitter has lost more than a fifth of its value in the last month, and opens trading at $17.84 on Monday morning. •	A new inspection from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services reportedly found that Theranos's lab has enough severe issues to warrant its suspension from the Medicare program. The Journal also says that Theranos misled Walgreens about the kinds of tests it was outsourcing to other labs, and that the two companies's relationship has become strained. •	For the last decade and a half, Apple has been a reliable growth stock for investors. Hit products like the iPod and iPhone have delivered consistent revenue growth, which has made Apple the most valuable company in the world. But iPhone sales are slowing, and Apple may be morphing into what Wall Street calls a "value stock," a less valuable kind of company that posts reliable earnings instead of runaway revenue.
