Oracle has been in a long-running legal battle with Google over whether Oracle is entitled to a chunk of the money that Google has made from Android. Two big revelations emerged from this battle yesterday: First, Google paid Apple $1 billion in 2014 to keep its search engine on iOS, plus a cut of the revenue generated. Second, Oracle says that Google has made $22 billon in (probably gross) profit from Android. Bear in mind that both of these numbers come from Oracle, not Google, so feel free to add a question mark to them.
